1- What is Gafaria Business Services

We are offering you a new simple way to get your projects done. All of Gafaria services providers are required a background check, insurance and qualifications.

2- How do you vet prospective providers?

All applicants are pre-screened and told that they will be interviewed, vetted and monitored, this will be made public on the description of the service.

We will arrange an interview, to pass  our vetting procedure we request:

Qualifications - we require proof that the applicant is qualified to undertake their chosen profession - ( Gas Safe, City & Guilds and etc )

Insurance - we require proof that they hold Public Liability and combined insurance if they employ people

Identification - we require photo identification (passport, driver’s licence etc)

Background check - Each trade provider must pass a criminal background check

3 - How it works your review process work?

We think the best person to monitor the tradesperson is, the costumer

As a costumer we like you to leave a review for the tradesperson.This gives you the opportunity to provide comments and across different areas of their workmanship and service provide to you. This will build the reputation of our tradeperson and Gafaria rely on reviews

4 - Do you guarantee the quality of your trade work?

Our tradesperson  remain independent businesses responsible for the work they each carry out. It is not possible for us to guarantee the quality of our members’ work or approve them as a trading association. What we can guarantee Gafaria recommends, qualify, vetted, background check and identification.They pledge to uphold the Gafaria code of excellent conduct and this keeps the rogue trades way, standard of work high and one sloppy job and they lose custom plus reputation are at stake. Its their interests to work to the best of their ability every time

5 - What if a Gafaria trade does a poor job?

This is a rare event because our trade know that unsatisfied customers will leave a negative review which will be published on our website ( reviews). If you do have reason to complain about the work undertaken by one of our trade person, then please leave your review so we can see how we can help with resolving issues

6 - Will I need to purchase any parts for the service? 

 All services you purchase is on the description. You should read the work details on each service which what you need. All purchase comes with all necessary equipment, tools and supplies

7 - What if my project is more complex than what is listed?

You discuss with Gafaria provider, you may choose to modify your scope of work  and price if requires it

8 - What if i want to make changers to the work?

You should agree in any changes and any additional costs prior to work being complete, the provider will ask you to purchase an additional service option on Gafaria to cover the extra costs before the work goes ahead

9 - Do you remove unsatisfactory trade?

Yes we do. In the event a trade business shorts of the Standard it will be suspended. The reason that the vast majority of our trades and services work to a standard is that our initial vetting is stringent, and the monitoring process puts their reputation and future work on the line

10 - What if the service provider wants me to pay them directly?

You should not pay directly the trade provider directly. If this occurs, please decline and let us know contacting costumer service
